Altaïr was founded by Ihsane El Ghinaoui Cavaillon, an independent consultant and researcher in sociology and political science. Her work focuses on public policy evaluation and social change, multi-stakeholder governance, and the dynamics of collective action in contexts of transformation.
She leads Altaïr’s research and consulting activities and, depending on the needs of each project, brings together a network of researchers and subject-matter experts from diverse disciplines and backgrounds.
A graduate of Sciences Po, Ihsane El Ghinaoui is based in Montpellier, France, and works on projects both in France and internationally.
